Using PowerPoint
1.Select the Office Button, then Print, and select the name of your printer.
2.Select Properties > Features > Print document on to scale the document to a particular
size.

3.Select the Paper/Quality tab, then select Paper Source and Paper Type.
4.Select Margins/Layout, then select Clip contents by margins to keep the size.
Using Project
1.Select File > Page Setup > Print.

4.Select Options to go to the printer driver. The default options in the Paper/Quality tab are
