Loose toner might remain in the device after a jam. This problem typically resolves itself after a few sheets have been printed. To clear a media jam from the automatic document feeder (ADF) 1. Open the ADF cover. NoteVerify that any shipping tape inside the ADF has been removed. 2. Remove the jam cleanout part.
