• Is there power to the mower?
•  Is the amperage of the socket’s contact breaker sufficient?
•  Do you have other electrical equipment running at the
same time?
•  Is there a burning smell, or smoke?
•  Has the blade received a knock? 
•  Is the mower’s blade housing clean underneath?
•  Is the blade in working order and sharp?
•  Is the oil level correct? and the petrol?
•  Are the spark plug and air filter in working order?
•  Did the mower have an oil change at the end of last
season?
•  Does the mower have an electric starter?
•  Has the blade received a knock? 
•  Is the mower’s blade housing clean underneath?
•  Is the blade in working order and sharp? >
Check your mower is plugged in 
> Check there is power in your house. If so, check the fuse 
or contact your store’s After-Sales Service Dept.
> Try a socket of sufficient amperage.
> Do not connect too many pieces of equipment to the same
socket at the same time.
> Unplug your mower immediately and contact your store’s
After-Sales Service Dept.
> If so, sharpen the blade or replace it. Check the guides 
which direct the grass towards the grass box. 
> If not, clean the blade housing so as to give an easier path
for the grass to the grass box. 
> If not, sharpen the blade or replace it.
> Check the oil and fuel levels.
> Clean the spark plug and the filter, which may be caked; 
or replace.
> The carburettor float may be stuck. Tilt the mower over
towards the carburettor side.
> Try manual starting, or contact your store’s After-Sales
Service Dept
> If so, sharpen the blade or replace it. Check the guides 
which direct the grass towards the grass box. 
> If not, clean the blade housing so as to give an easier path
for the grass to the grass box. 
> If not, sharpen the blade or replace it.

							All our Green Cut products are guaran-
teed against any manufacturing defect for
two years (parts and labour), subject to
proof of purchase (Carrefour till receipt or
certified sales voucher).
This guarantee is limited to the repair or
replacement, free of charge, of any parts
which are acknowledged as defective by
one of our approved technicians. 
Repairs under the guarantee do not extend
the guarantee period. 
The guarantee applies subject to the
following conditions: 
1. The mower has been repaired by anapproved repairer. 
2. The mower has not been altered or modified. 
3. The original parts have not been repla- ced by others not approved by the
manufacturer. 4. The damage is not due to a lack of care
or of maintenance, to negligence or
inexperience on the user’s part, to
abnormal use, wrong settings, a defective
repair or a transient overload. 
5. The damage is not due to the conse- quences of normal wear and tear of
parts or material such as drive belts,
blades, air filters, spark plugs, tyres,
etc... 
NB: necessary maintenance operations
(such as cleaning, lubrication, or changes
of oil, spark plugs or air filter, or cable
adjustment, etc.) are excluded from the
guarantee. 
In addition to this guarantee, the purchaser
is covered by the statutory guarantee
against hidden defects or malfunctions
provided under the Belgian Civil Code
(Arts. 1641 ff).
