    When usingplainpaper, selectanInk option:
     •
    To print using theprevious printjobs setting, selectLast-Used .
     •
    Select thePhoto BlackInkorMatte Black Inksetting according tothe media typeyouareusing.
     Note:
    Toavoid changing blackinkmore oftenthannecessary, youcansetthe default blackinktype
     to
    the one youusually use.Seethelink atthe end ofthese steps.

    Select aColor option:
     •
    To print acolor document orphoto, selecttheColor setting.
     •
    To print textand graphics inblack orshades ofgray, select theAdvanced B& W Photo or
     Grayscale
    setting.
     Note:
    TheGrayscale settingisonly available whenplainpaper isselected asthe Media Type.

    ForthePrint Quality setting,selectSpeed ,Quality ,or Max Quality ,or select Quality Options and
     choose
    thequality optionthatmatches theprint quality youwant touse.
     9.
    Select thedesired colormanagement optionasthe Mode setting.
     10.
    Select theSource settingthatmatches thepaper feeding method youareusing.
     11.
    Select thesize ofthe paper youloaded asthe Size setting.
     Note:
    Youcanalso select theUser-Defined settingtocreate acustom papersize.
     12.
    Ifyou want toprint aphoto without borders, selectBorderless .
     Note:
    Youmust select acompatible borderlesspapertypeandsize toprint without borders. Check
     the
    borderless papercompatibility listfordetails.
     13.
    Tosee apreview ofhow your document orphoto willprint, select PrintPreview .(The preview
     appears
    afteryouclick Print butbefore printing starts.)
     14.
    Tolayout multiple printjobsforprinting allatonce, select Layout Manager .
