Noise AfterInkInstallation If you hear noises fromyourproduct afterinstalling ink,check thefollowing: • The firsttime youinstall inkcartridges, theproduct mustcharge itsprint head. Waituntilcharging finishes beforeyouturn offthe product, oritmay charge improperly anduseexcess inkthe next time you turn iton. Your product isfinished charging theprint head when the power lightstops flashing. • Ifthe products printhead stops moving ormaking noise,andthecharging processhasnotfinished after approximately 5minutes, turnoffyour product. Turnitback onand check tosee ifcharging isstill in progress. Ifitis still inprogress, contactEpsonforhelp. • Turn offthe product, thenmake suretheinkcartridges areinserted completely andtheinkcartridge cover isclosed completely. Alsomake surenopacking material remains inthe product. Waita moment, thenturntheproduct backontoclear theerror.
