Selecting WirelessNetworkSettingsFromtheControl Panel You canselect orchange wireless networksettingsusingyourproduct controlpanel. To install yourproduct onawireless network, followtheinstructions onthe Start Here sheet andinstall the necessary softwarefromtheproduct CD.The installer program guidesyouthrough network setup. Note: Breakdown orrepair ofthis product maycause lossofnetwork dataandsettings. Epsonisnot responsible forbacking uporrecovering dataandsettings duringorafter thewarranty period.We recommend thatyoumake yourownbackup orprint outyour network dataandsettings. 1. Press the Configurar Wi-Fibutton. You seethisscreen: 2. Press theOK button toselect Wi-FiSetup Wizard . 3. Press theupordown arrow buttons toselect thename ofyour wireless networkandpress theOK button. Ifyou donot see your wireless networks name,youcanenter itmanually. Note: Toenter thewireless networknamemanually, selectOther SSIDs andpress theOK button. Enter yournetwork nameasdescribed inthe next step. 4. Enter yourwireless password (ornetwork nameandthen password). • Press theuparrow anddown arrow buttons repeatedly toscroll through characters (uppercase, lowercase, numbers,orsymbols). 24
• To move thecursor orenter aspace, presstheright arrow button. • To delete characters, presstheleftarrow button. • When youfinish entering characters, presstheOK button. 5. Press thedown arrow button ifyou want toprint anetwork statusreport, orthe uparrow button to exit setup. The WiFi lightshould nowbeon, butnotflashing. Note: Ifthe WiFi lightisoff, you may have selected thewrong network nameorentered the password incorrectly. Repeatthesestepstotry again. 25

2. Raise thepaper support anditsextension, pullouttheoutput tray,then raise thepaper stopper. 3. Slide theedge guide tothe left. 4. Insert paper, glossyorprintable sideupand short edge first,against theright side. Ifyou are inserting astack ofpaper, fanthesheets firstand tapthestack onaflat surface toeven theedges. 27
5. Slide theedge guide against thepaper, butnottootightly. 6. Flip thefeeder guardback. Always followthesepaper loading guidelines: • Load onlytherecommended numberofsheets. • Load paper shortedge first,nomatter whichwayyour document faces. • Load letterhead orpre-printed papertopedge first. • Do not load paper above thearrow markinside theedge guide. • Check thepaper package forany additional loadinginstructions. 28
