Turning On the Lamp The lamp should light up within 25 seconds of the projector being turned on. If it has not lit, the bottom red LED at the front of the case will glow constantly and the projector should be turned off and back on again. Never look into the lamp housing or the lens, or attempt to remove the lamp from its housing when the projector is on. The Image Parameter controls on the remote can be used when in the Menu system providing that no data fields are being edited. The adjusted parameter settings for an input device can be saved to a channel. A channel setting also stores the input source address (see storing system configurations, B—15, for more information). Both the remote control unit and the integrated keypad on the rear of the projector can be used to select channels, adjust parameters and navigate through the menu systems.
