metalbrackettostructuralsupportsbeforeinstalling 
theopener.Thisbracketandfasteninghardwareare 
notprovided.

unittothestructuralsupport.

lengths.

hardware.Ifinstallingintodrywall,drill5/32holesand 
usetheanchorsprovided.

wireandconnecttothetwoterminalscrewson 
backofdoorcontrolbycolor:whiteto2and 
white/redto1.

•Installa75wattmaximumlightbulbinthesocket. 
ThelightwillturnONandremainlitfor 
approximately4-1/2minuteswhenpoweris 
connected.ThenthelightwillturnOFR 
•Applyslightpressureonthesidesofthelensand 
slidethetabsintotheslotsintheendpanel(See 
illustration). 
•Toremove,reversetheprocedure.Usecareto 
avoidsnappingofflenstabs. 
•Ifthebulbburnsoutprematurelyduetovibration, 
replacewithaGarageDoorOpenerbulb.

Toreducetheriskofelectricshock,yourgaragedoor 
openerhasagroundingtypeplugwithathird 
groundingpin.Thisplugwillonlyfitintoagrounding 
typeoutlet.Iftheplugdoesntfitintotheoutletyou 
have,contactaqualifiedelectriciantoinstallthe 
properoutlet.
