7.7 Activating The Call Forward Outside System (CFOS) Feature The Call Forward Outside System (CFOS) feature gives DSU II station users the ability to forward line calls to a remote location outside the system. This is a multipurpose control that you can use to set the volume of the ringer, the speaker, the handset, the headset, and the group listening mode.
