You can forward the received faxes stored in the printer's memory to the shared folder on the computer as
PDF files LCD and Operation Panel of the printer.
You can forward a specified document in the printer's memory to the shared folder on the computer or
forward all the documents in its memory to the shared folder on the computer at a time.

5.Select Memoryreference , and then press OK button.

If you select SaveallRXdocuments , you can forward all documents to the shared folder on the
computer.
When the confirmation screen is displayed, select  Yes and press the  OK button.
When the  Specifythestoragemedium  screen is displayed, select Destinationfolder and press
the  OK button.
When the  Selectfolder  screen is displayed, select a destination folder, and then press the  OK
button. All documents are forwarded to the shared folder on the computer.
