Troubleshooting 156 6 Jam Inside (Paper jam inside the machine)6 Jam Inside If a paper jam occurs inside the machine, follow these steps: aTurn off the machines power switch and unplug the AC power cord. bPress the front cover release button and then open the front cover. cHold the green handle of the drum unit.
