    TA M P E R - R E S I S TA N T   S C R E W
    Wa\bning: 	This	appliance	is	equipped 	
    with	a	tamper-resistant	screw	to	prevent 	
    removal	of	the	outer	cover.	To	reduce

    GETTING STARTED
    •	 Remove	all	packin\f	material\b	any	stickers	from	the	product	and	the	
    plastic	band	around	the	power	plu\f
    •	 Remove	and	save	literature	includin\f	this	booklet

    •	 Before	usin\f	for	the	first	time\b	wash	the	bowls\b	Infinium	Blade™	cuttin\f 	
    blade\b	and	stora\fe	lids	in	warm\b	soapy	water	and	dry	thorou\fhly.	These 	
    parts	are	also	dishwasher-safe	recommended	in	the	top	rack.	Do not 
    imme\bse t\fe c\foppe\b top in wate\b.
    HOW TO USE
    This	product	is	for	household	use	only.
    ASSEMBLING THE PREP &\- BLEND  
    MULTI-\fHOPPER 
    1.	 Slide	the	removable	handle	under	the	base	
    of	the	bowl.	Push	to	the	top	of	the	bowl	to	
    secure	in	place.	(A)
    2.	 Press	the	slip-resistant	base/stora\fe	lid	onto 	
    the	bottom	of	the	bowl.	The	slip-resistant	base/
    stora\fe	lid	prevents	the	bowl	from	slidin\f	while 	
    operatin\f	the	chopper.
    3.	 Carefully	slide	the	cuttin\f	blade	down	over 	
    the	post	in	the	bottom	of	the	bowl	without 	
    touchin\f	the	blade.	(B)	You	may	need	to	turn 	
    the	blade	sli\fhtly	by	rotatin\f	the	shaft	until	it 	
    fits	in	place.	(C)
    CAUTION:	Blade	is	extremely	sharp.	Handle 	
    carefully.
    4.	 Ali\fn	the	top	of	the	blade	shaft	with	the 	
    openin\f	on	the	chopper	top.	The	spout	shape 	
    of	the	chopper	top	will	fit	over	the	spout	on	the 	
    bowl.	Make	sure	the	chopper	top	is	secure	on	the 	
    bowl	to	ensure	operation	of	the	motor.	(D)

    \fHOPPING & BLENDING\- 
    1.	 Place	food	to	be	chopped	or	blended	into	the	bowl	around	the	blade.
    Note:	You	may	need	to	cut	some	in\fredients	into	smaller	pieces	to	fit	in	
    the	bowl. 	
    2.	 Assemble	the	chopper	top	onto	the	bowl	as	described	in	previous 	
    assembly	instructions.
    3.	 Plu\f	the	cord	into	a	standard	outlet
    4.	 Rest	your	hand	comfortably	over	the 		
    chopper	top	so	that	your	fin\fers	extend 		
    over	the	pulse	HIGH/LOW	button	area. 		
    You	may	also	rest	your	hand	on	top	with 		
    fin\fers	pointin\f	back	and	use	your	thumb 		
    to	control	the	pulse	buttons.	(E)
    5.	 Press	and	release	pulse	buttons	to	be\fin 		
    choppin\f.	One	(1)	Dot	indicates	Low	Speed	and	two	(2)	Dots	indicates 	
    Hi\fh	Speed.
    Note:	Avoid	runnin\f	the	motor	continuously	for	more	than	1	minute.
    Note:	For	tou\fher	items	such	as	cheese\b	do	not	run	the	motor 	
    continuously	for	more	than	15	seconds.
    6.	 Operation	will	stop	when	you	release	the	pulse	button.	Be	sure	the 		
    blade	stops	spinnin\f	before	removin\f	the	chopper	top.	Unplu\f	the	unit. 	
    Carefully	remove	the	blade	before	transferrin\f	food	into	a	servin\f	dish. 	
    Use	the	handle	and	pour	spout	to	serve	liquid	foods.
    Impo\btant:	Blade	is	removable.	Do	not	pour	out	contents	without 	
    removin\f	the	blade	first.
    \fARE AND \fLEANING
    This	product	contains	no	user	serviceable	parts. 	
    1.	 Wash	the	bowls\b	lids\b	and	blade	in	soapy		
    water	after	use.	These	parts	are	dishwasher		safe\b	
    recommended	top	rack	only.
    2.	 Remove	the	detachable	splash	\fuard	from		
    the	bottom	of	the	chopper	top.	(F	and	G)	Wash 	
    splash	\fuard	in	soapy	water	or	in	the	dishwasher. 	
    3.	 Wipe	the	chopper	top	with	a	damp	cloth 		
    or	spon\fe.	Do	not	immerse	chopper	top 		
    in	water.
    4.	 Blade	is	extremely	sharp.	Handle	very 		
    carefully	and	store	it	in	the	plastic	bowl. 	
    Press	button	to	operate.

    STORAGE 
    1.	 Store	chopped	or	blended	food	directly	in	the	
    plastic	bowls.	Remove	the	slip-resistant	base	from 	
    the	bottom	of	the	bowl	and	use	it	as 		
    a	stora\fe	lid.
    Impo\btant:	Remove	blade	before	storin\f	and 	
    servin\f	prepared	foods.
    2.	 When	the	appliance	is	not	in	use\b	stack/nest 	
    one	plastic	bowl	inside	the	other	and	place	the 	
    chopper	top	on	the	top	bowl\b	or	store	to	the	side. 	
    Store	blade	inside	plastic	bowl.	(H)
    OPERATING TIPS
    WARNING:	Do	not	operate	the	appliance 		
    while	empty.
    WARNING:	Do	not	place	the	chopper	bowl	or	lid		
    in	microwave	oven.	They	are	not	microwave-safe. 	
    •	 This	chopper	has	a	5-Cup	dry	capacity	and 		
    	 2-Cup	liquid	capacity.	Do	not	fill	above	MAX 		
    	 for	liquid	foods.	(J)		 	 	
    •	 Some	foods	process	best	with	smaller 		
    		 amounts.	Lar\fer	amounts	should	be 	
    	 processed	in	small	batches.
    •	 Pulsin\f	for	a	few	seconds	at	a	time	avoids 		
    	 over	processin\f.
    •	 For	coarsely	chopped	foods\b	use	LOW	speed 		
    	 and	pulse	for	shorter	times.
    •	 For	blended	foods	or	a	finer	texture\b	use	the	HIGH	speed	button	and 		
    	 hold	for	lon\fer	times.
    •	 This	unit	is	not	intended	to	chop	raw	meat.

    then	run	continuously	until	desired	consistency.

    continuously	until	desired	consistency.

    ¼	cup	Parmesan	cheese
    Steam	or	cook	cauliflower	with	chicken	broth	10	min.	or	until	fork	tender. 	
    Drain	well;	pat	dry.
    Place	cooked	cauliflower\b	butter\b	\farlic\b	cream	cheese	and	Parmesan	cheese 	
    into	work	bowl.	Pulse	3-4	times.	Continue	mixin\f	until	creamy.
    Makes	2	cups
    VARIATION:	Substitute	3	strips	cooked	bacon	crumbled	and	¼ 	cup	Shredded	
    Cheddar	cheese	for	Parmesan	cheese.	Pulse	3-4	times	or	until	mixed	in.
    HUMMUS
    1	can	(15	oz.)	\farbanzo	beans	(chickpeas)\b	drained
    2	\farlic	cloves
    ¼	cup	lemon	juice
    3	Tbsp.	tahini	(sesame	paste)
    1	roasted	red	pepper	piece\b	cut	into	½ 	-inch	pieces
    2	Tbsp.	olive	oil
    ½ 	tsp.	salt
    ¼ 	tsp.	freshly	\fround	black	pepper
    Pulse	chop	\farbanzo	beans	and	\farlic	3-4	times	or	until	coarsely	chopped. 	
    Add	remainin\f	in\fredients;	process	until	creamy.

    How to: To	make	stron\f	coffee\b	use	2	Tbsp.	\fround	coffee	for	each	cup	of

    PESTO
    1	cup	pine	nuts\b	toasted
    2	oz.	bulk	Parmesan	cheese\b	cut	into	pieces
    1	cup	loosely	packed	fresh	basil	leaves
    1	clove	\farlic\b	crushed 	
    ¾ 	cup	olive	oil
    1	Tbsp.	fresh	lemon	juice
    Place	all	in\fredients	in	bowl.	Pulse	chop	to	desired	consistency.
    Store	in	refri\ferator	for	up	to	1	week.
    Makes	about	1	cup
    Se\bving suggestions:
    •	 Toss	with	your	favorite	cooked	pasta	(tortellini\b	fettuccine\b	etc)
    •	 Use	it	as	a	sandwich	spread
    •	 Drizzle	it	over	cooked	meats	or	ve\fetables
    •	 Substitute	walnuts	for	pine	nuts
    Tip:	To	freeze	small	amounts	of	pesto\b	fill	ice	cube	trays	with	pesto	and	freeze.
