plastic	band	around	the	power	plu\f

•	 Before	usin\f	for	the	first	time\b	wash	the	bowls\b	Infinium	Blade™	cuttin\f 	
blade\b	and	stora\fe	lids	in	warm\b	soapy	water	and	dry	thorou\fhly.	These

\fHOPPING & BLENDING\- 
1.	 Place	food	to	be	chopped	or	blended	into	the	bowl	around	the	blade.
Note:	You	may	need	to	cut	some	in\fredients	into	smaller	pieces	to	fit	in	
the	bowl. 	
2.	 Assemble	the	chopper	top	onto	the	bowl	as	described	in	previous 	
assembly	instructions.
3.	 Plu\f	the	cord	into	a	standard	outlet
4.	 Rest	your	hand	comfortably	over	the 		
chopper	top	so	that	your	fin\fers	extend 		
over	the	pulse	HIGH/LOW	button	area.

STORAGE 
1.	 Store	chopped	or	blended	food	directly	in	the	
plastic	bowls.	Remove	the	slip-resistant	base	from 	
the	bottom	of	the	bowl	and	use	it	as 		
a	stora\fe	lid.
Impo\btant:	Remove	blade	before	storin\f	and 	
servin\f	prepared	foods.
2.	 When	the	appliance	is	not	in	use\b	stack/nest 	
one	plastic	bowl	inside	the	other	and	place	the 	
chopper	top	on	the	top	bowl\b	or	store	to	the	side. 	
Store	blade	inside	plastic	bowl.	(H)

SPEEDPREPARATION TIPS
Onions HIGHCut	into	½	inch	pieces;	then	PULSE	chop	to	desired	
consistency.
\felery HIGHCut	into	1-inch	pieces\b	then	PULSE	chop	until	desired	
consistency.
Bread \frumbs HIGHFor	moist	crumbs\b	use	fresh	bread.	For	dry	crumbs\b	use	day	
old	dried	bread.	Tear	into	1-inch	pieces.	PULSE	2-4	times;	
then	run	continuously	until	desired	consistency.
\fookie \frumbs HIGHBreak	cookies	into	pieces.	PULSE	chop;	then	run	
continuously	until	desired	consistency.

CAULIFLOWER MASH 1	medium	cauliflower\b	cut	into	flowerettes	(about	6	cups)
2	cups	chicken	broth
1	Tbsp.	butter
2	cloves	\farlic
1	Tbsp.	cream	cheese
¼	cup	Parmesan	cheese
Steam	or	cook	cauliflower	with	chicken	broth	10	min.	or	until	fork	tender. 	
Drain	well;	pat	dry.
Place	cooked	cauliflower\b	butter\b	\farlic\b	cream	cheese	and	Parmesan	cheese 	
into	work	bowl.	Pulse	3-4	times.	Continue	mixin\f	until	creamy.
Makes	2	cups
VARIATION:	Substitute	3	strips	cooked	bacon	crumbled	and	¼ 	cup	Shredded...

1	cup	milk
1	Tbsp.	su\far
1	Tbsp.	chocolate	syrup
1	cup	ice	cubes	(about	6)
Whipped	toppin\f
Place	all	in\fredients	into	bowl	with	blade.	Blend	on	HIGH	until	smooth.	Pour

½	cup	sour	cream
1	(4	oz.)	pk\f.	cream	cheese\b	softened
