It will automatically shut off the motor if there is an overheat risk. If this occurs, unplug the appliance, wait a few seconds for it to cool down, and plug in again following the instructions. 12 13 KNOW YOUR INGREDIENTS All-Purpose Flour All-purpose flour is blend of refined hard and soft wheat flours ideally suited for making quick breads and cakes. 14 15 Slicing and Storing Bread For best results, place bread on wire rack and allow to cool for 15 – 30 minutes before slicing. Use electric knife or serrated knife for even slices. Store unused bread, tightly sealed (sealable plastic bags or plastic containers work well) at room temperature for up to 3 days.
