Attendant Message Waiting Attendant Message Waiting Description This feature allows the attendant to remotely control the status of Message LEDs on user stations. Attendant Position Busy Attendant Position Busy Description This feature allows an Attendant Console to be placed in an inactive mode. Systems with Direct Trunk Attendant Console(s) (DTAC) There must be two Attendant Consoles in the system before this feature can be activated. A Position Busy (POS BUSY) button can be assigned on each of the consoles. This feature applies to the Direct Trunk Attendant Console (DTAC) and the Switched Loop Attendant Console (SLAC).
