The dsplay on the LCD screen s as shown n the figure below: 1. Set the mode dal at the top of the camera to P and press the button to enter the Auto Program Exposure settngs menu. 2. Press the Left/Rght button to select the combnaton of EV, shutter speed and aperture for your scene. Auto Program Exposure P In Portrat Mode, the camera s set to automatcally adjust exposure for realstc capture of skn tones. 1. Turn the mode dal to select Portrat Mode ( ). 2. Once n ths mode, you can use other functons, such as mage stablzaton, face detecton and smle detecton. Portrat Mode

Selectng a hgh shutter speed wll capture fast movng objects clearly. Selectng a slow shutter speed wll result n moton blur of movng objects. 1. Set the mode dal to S and press the button to enter the Shutter Prorty settngs menu. 2. Press the Left/Rght button to select EV/shutter speed. 3. Press the Up/Down button to set the parameter adjustment. 4. Press the button to confirm the settngs and enter the shootng screen. 3. Press Up/Down button to take the parameter adjustment. 4. Press the button to engage the settngs and enter the shootng screen. Shutter speed s adjustable between 30 and 1/2000; aperture sze s adjustable between 3.0 and 7.9; EV value s adjustable between +2.0 and 2.0. When you press the shutter half way, the aperture s ze and shutter value of the current detecton wll dsplay n the lower, left corner of the screen.

Selectng a large aperture openng wll emphasze the pont of focus, and show a blurry background and foreground. A small aperture open ng wll keep both the background and man object n clear focus. 1. Set the mode dal to A and press the button to enter the Aperture Prorty settng's menu. 2. Press the Left/Rght button to select EV/aperture. 3. Press the Up/Down button to take the parameter adjustment. 4. Press the button to confirm the settngs and enter the shootng screen. Manual Mode When selectng M (manual) mode, you can set the aperture and shutter speed manually. 1. Set the mode dal to M and press the button to enter the Manual Mode settng's menu. 2. Press the Left/Rght button to select the aperture/ shutter speed. 3. Press the Up/Down button to select the parameter adjustment. 4. Press the button to confirm the settngs and enter the shootng screen.

After pressng the button, the last photo or vdeo clp taken wll dsplay on the LCD screen. 2. Use the Left/Right nav gaton buttons to scroll through the photos or vdeo clps stored n the nternal memory or memory card. 3. To play a selected vdeo clp, press the button to enter the move playback mode. Durng vdeo playback, the operatng nstructons wll ap- pear on the screen. Ths allows you to magnfy photos between 2x to 8x. 1. Press the button to swtch to playback mode. 2. Use the Left/Rght navgaton buttons to select a photo to magnfy. 3. Press one end of the Zoom button ( ) to zoom n. 4. Use the Zoom buttons to zoom n and out. The zoom ndcaton and the frame of the whole photo wll dsplay on the screen. 5. Use the navgaton buttons to pan across the mage. 6. Press the button to return the mage to ts orgnal scale. Mov e mages cannot be magnfied. 4. Use Up/Down/Left/Rght button to select a pcture or vdeo clp, press the button to return to the orgnal sze. The Date Folder s dsplayed n order based on the shootng date. If the ndcator appears on the LCD, then a move file s currently beng dsplayed. Press the button to restore a prevew con to ts orgnal mage sze.

To delete pctures or vdeos: 1. Press the button to swtch to playback mode. 2. Select a pcture or vdeo clp you want to delete wth the Left/Rght button. 3. After pressng the Up/Delete button, the delete screen wll dsplay on the screen. 4. Select Yes or Back wth the Up/Down button and press the button for confirmaton. Erased photos/vdeo clps cannot be recovered. Please refer to page 55 for nstructons on the Delete Menu optons.
4647 AgfaPhoto SELECTA 16 AgfaPhoto SELECTA 16 Photo Menu USING THE MENUS Mode: P S A In any of the above Photo Modes, press the button to go to the Photo Menu. To adjust each sett ng: 1. In the Photo Menu, use the Left/Rght button to select the Tab (at the top of the screen) correspondng to the page contanng the functon you wsh to change. 2. Press the Up/Down buttons to select the functon. 3. Press the Rght button, or the functon button to go to the sub-menu. 4. In the sub-menu press the Up/Down button to select a settng and press the functon button to confirm that settng and ext the sub-menu. button to return to the menu. 5. Use the Up/Down Left/Rght button to contnue to navgate the Photo Menu for addtonal changes, or press the menu button to ext the Photo Menu. After selectng a functon, you can press the Up button to return to the St ll Pcture menu for other Photo Setup or Camera Setup pages. Or you can press the Down button several t mes to move to the next setup menu page. Refer to the follow ng pages for more detals about each settng.

Two optons are avalable: • Single-AF: The focus frame appears n the center of the LCD screen to focus on the subject. • Multi-AF: The camera automat cally focuses the subject n a wde area to find the focus pont. AF-assist Beam Ths opton can turn on or turn off AF assst lamp. The AF assst beam s useful for focusng n the dark or n low lghtng condtons.
