The total budget is the time limit on the accumulated time for outgoing calls to a remote node. 
When this limit is reached, the call will be dropped and further outgoing calls to that remote 
node will be blocked. After each period, the total budget is reset. The default for the total

31.3.1  Resetting the Time
The Prestige resets the time in three instances:
1On leaving menu 24.10 after making changes. 
2When the Prestige starts up, if there is a timeserver configured in menu 24.10.

Remote Management
This chapter covers remote management (SMT menu 24.11).
32.1  Remote Management
Remote management allows you to determine which services/protocols can access which 
Prestige interface (if any) from which computers.
You may manage your Prestige from a remote location via:

32.1.1  Remote Management Limitations
Remote management over LAN or WAN will not work when:
1A filter in menu 3.1 (LAN) or in menu 11.5 (WAN) is applied to block a Telnet, FTP or 
Web service. 
2You have disabled that service in menu 24.11.

3The IP address in the Secure Client IP field (menu 24.11) does not match the client IP 
address. If it does not match, the Prestige will disconnect the session immediately.

running. You may only have one remote management session running at one time. 
6There is a firewall rule that blocks it.
