Step 1: Installing the USB Driver on Windows Computers
The USB driver on the supplied CD-ROM is exclusively for Windows 98. Installing the USB
driver on computers running Windows 2000/Me/XP is not necessary.
1. Insert the CD-ROM packaged with the camera into the
CD-ROM drive.
The welcome screen appears.
2. Click “Install USB Driver”. Follow the on-screen
    instructions to complete the installation. After the USB
driver installation is complete, restart your computer.

Step 2: Connecting the Camera to Your Computer
1. Connect one end of the USB cable to an available USBport on your computer.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB connector on the camera.
3. Rotate the mode dial to PC [ 
 ].
4. Turn the camera on. Your computers operating system will recognize the camera.
5. From the Windows desktop double click on “My
Computer”.
6.  Look for a new “Removable Disk” icon. This “removable disk” is actually the memory
(or memory card) in your camera....

Automatic Photography Menu
Automatic Photography menu items: ISO, DIGITAL ZOOM, QUALITY SETTING, CREATE
FOLDER, PICTURE, DISPLAY SETTINGS and LCD BRIGHTNESS.
Your setting will be retained in after the camera is turned off.
1. Rotate the mode dial to [

CREATE FOLDER
Create new folders. This function is handy for separating
your images by subject, date, time, or place. This
feature allows you to manage your images on your
camera, thereby simplifying the management of images
