    weightofthe TV.

    Besure tosecure theTV toawalI stud, pillar, surface, orother
    immovable structure.TosecuretheTVinthis manner:(I)attach theprovided securement cliptoan immovable structure,
    then (2)pass asturdy strapthrough thesecurement clipand
    attach eachendtothe hooks located onthe back
    oftheTV. Be
    sure toleave atleast 4inches between theTV and thewalIor

    Ifyou decide towall mount yourLCDTV,always useaUL­
    listed wallbracket appropriate forthe size andweight ofthe
    LCD TV

    2) Unplug andremove anycables and/or othercomponent
    connectors fromtherear

    4) After attaching theappropriate bracket(s)tothe wall andthe
    back
    ofthe TV, remove thepedestal standfromtheTVas
    described below.
    RemovingthePedestalStand
    I)CarefulIy laythe frontoftheunit face down onaflat,
    cushioned surfacesuchasaquiltorblanket. Leavethestand
    protruding overtheedgeofthesurface.
    Note:Extreme careshould alwaysbeusedwhenremoving
    the
    pedestalstandtoavoiddamagetothe LCD panel.
    2)Remove thejackpackcover onthe backoftheTV toexpose
    the pedestal standscrews. Thejackpackcover canberemoved
    without tools.
    3) Remove thefour screws showninthe diagram below.Thiswill
    allow removal
    ofthepedestal stand.
    4) Once youhave removed
    alIfourscrews holding thepedestal
    stand inplace, remove thepedestal standfromtheTV by
    sliding thepedestal standaway fromtheTV.

    I)Anafterimage (ghost)mayappear onthe screen ifafixed, non­
    moving imageisdisplayed foralong periodoftime. The
    afterimageisnot permanent andwill disappearinashort periodoftime.
    2)TheLCD panel containedinthisTVismanufactured usinganextremelyhighlevelofprecision technology; however,there
    may bean occasional pixel(dotoflight) thatdoes notoperate
    properly (doesnotlight, remains constantly lit,etc.). Thisisa
    structural propertyofLCDtechnology,isnotasignof
    malfunction, andisnotcovered underyourwarranty. Such
    pixels arenot visible whenthepictureisviewed fromanormal
    viewing distance.
