the programmed SET-30.
Type the extension(s) programmed for a Private Secretary or
EXEC on the strip (Secretary 1or 2 use the pre-typed strips).
Remove 
the hand-set from the instrument and insert the strip
into the slot at the lower
well 0
right corner of the bottom hand-set
After the programming of all instruments,
system initialization prior to
operation,
to ensure proper
instruments,except Secretaryunplugthe Secretary2, and then plug them back in.
This ensures that each Secretary data base
stored in the appropriate EXEC telephone,
is transmitted and
proper intercom link between telephones.thereby
allowing
