Printing quality problems
If the inside of the machine is dirty or paper has been loaded improperly, 
there might be a reduction in print quality. See the table below to clear the 
problem.

MAINTENANCE PARTS
To purchase maintenance parts, contac t the source where you bought the 
machine. 
Replacing maintenance parts can be performed only by an authorized ser -
vice provider, dealer, or the retailer where you bought the machine. The

rranty does not cover the replacement of any maintenance parts once it 
has reached its “Average Yield”.

3.Thoroughly shake the cartridge 5 or 6 times to distribute the toner evenly 
inside the cartridge.
Thoroughly roll the cartridge to assure maximum copies per cartridge. 
Save the box and the plastic bag for shipping.
 
If toner gets on your clothing, wipe  it off with a dry cloth and wash 
clothing in cold wa ter. Hot water sets toner into fabric.
4. Remove the protection 
 seal.
5.Hold the toner cartridge by the handle and slowly insert the cartridge into

2.Pull the imaging unit out. 
3.Remove the new imaging unit from its bag.
 
•Do not use sharp objects, such as a knife or scissors, to open 
the toner cartridge package. They might scratch the drum of 
the cartridge.
• To
 prevent damage to the imaging unit, do not expose it to light 
for more
  than a few minutes. Cove r it with a piece of paper, if 
necessary.
