Using the Network Projector
Setting up the projector
1 Turn the projector power on.
2 Switch the input to Network.
Make sure to set the projector’s input to Network. If the other inputs are selected, the 
projector will not be recognized by the computer.
3 A password will be displayed.
A password will be displayed only when [Password] is set to [On] in the Application 
category of the Network Projector settings.

If you want to use the projector’s internal wireless LAN function, install the Network Utility 
on the supplied CD-ROM onto your computer.

How to uninstall
Uninstall [RICOH Network Utility] and [RICOH JPEG Conversion Tool] programs by 
using a program removal utility found in the [Control Panel] on your computer.

Your computer screen may temporarily go out during installation, but it \
is not an error.
Before beginning installation or uninstallation, you need to log on as A\
dministrator.

Using the Network Utility
Displaying a computer’s screen via the projector
1 Launch the Network Utility 
software application.
When the Network Utility launches, the Screen 
Image transmission mode window appears on 
the computer screen.
To switch to the Screen Image transmission 
mode window from another mode, click the 
Screen Image icon .
If a message reporting a firewall block appears, 
select “Allow access”.
2 Select Transmission mode.
Click Update automatically or Update

 Select the file to be sent from the 
pull-down list of the Transmission 
File field.
Click the Transmission File field’s  button to 
display the pull-down list. Select the file to be sent 
from this list.
A thumbnail of the selected file appears in the 
Preview box. The file displayed here will be 
transmitted.
Step 3 can be skipped.

specified, its ID will be displayed instead.) Select 
the checkbox of the projector to be transmitted
