5.3.2 RECEPTION 
 
First, the FCU stores the incoming data from either an analog line to the SAF memory. 
(The data goes to the FACE3 at the same ti me, and is checked for error lines/frames.) 
The FCU then decompresses the data and transfe rs it to page memory. If image rotation 
will be done, the image is rotated in the page me mory. The data is transferred to the BICU.

E-Mail Options (Sub TX Mode) 
The following features are available as options for mail sending: entering a subject, 
designating the level of importance, confirming reception of the mail.

The Subject entry for the mail bei ng sent is limited to 64 characters. The subject can also 
be prefixed with an “Urgent ” or “High” notation.
