The protrusion of the lens into the camera body should be within the length indi- cated in the figure. •Secure both the lens and camera with the support- er (not supplied) if a lens heavier than 450 g (0.99 lbs) is mounted. 1. -9- • Flange-back Adjustment The adjustment is required only when a lens without focus-adjusting mechanism is mounted, or when a lens with adjusting mechanism is mounted and focus that is more accurate is needed. 1.
