When you access to a card in MPEG2 mode and faulty control information or play list 
information is found, the following messages may appear. (When activating the recovery 
function, it may take time depending on the error.)

ªCautions for Use
When you use your SD Video Camera on 
a rainy or snowy day or on a beach, 
make sure that no water or moisture 
enters the SD Video Camera.
≥Water may cause the SD Video Camera or 
Memory Card to malfunction. (Irreparable 
damage may occur.)
≥If sea water splashes onto the SD Video 
Camera, wet a soft cloth with tap water, 
wring it well, and use it to wipe the camera 
body carefully. Then, wipe it again 
thoroughly with a soft dry cloth.

Card out and detach the Battery from the 
SD Video Camera or pull out the AC Cord 
from AC Main socket.
If the Battery is used in an extremely 
cold environment, the Battery may only
