Connecting the power cord
Be sure to insert the supplied power cord securely to its base to preven\
t it from coming off. 
Confirm that the  switch is at the  side, before connecting the power cord. 
 
■ Attaching
1)  Check the shapes of the AC IN terminal 
 and the power cord connector 
and insert the plug securely in the 
correct direction.
2)  Attach the power cord secure lock along with the guide on the AC IN

Power indicator
The power indicator informs you of the power status. Check the status of the power indicator  before operating the projector.

Powering up the projector 
When using the optional projection lens, attach the 
projection lens before turning on the power. (
 page 29)
Remove the lens cover beforehand. 
1)  Connect the power plug to the outlet. 
(AC 120 V  50 Hz/60 Hz)
2)  Press the  side of the  switch to turn on the power.

The power indicator  will light in red, and the projector will 
enter the standby mode.

1)  Press the STANDBY  button.

Adjustment range by the lens position shift (optical shift) 
Perform the lens position shift within the adjustment range. 
The focus may change when the lens position is shifted out of the adjustment range. This is because the 
movement of the lens is restricted to protect the optical parts. Project\
