    CONTROLLING START / STOP OF THE DECODER
    Start and stop the reception of the streaming video and audio data by the decoder. When receiving streaming video and
    audio data after starting decoding, images will be displayed on the monitor and audio will be output. When stopping
    decoding, blue pictures will be displayed on the monitor and audio will not be output.
