Clip playback 42 Playing back clips Basic playback operations Play () When this button is pressed during stop, playback begins from the start of the selected clips. 43 Playback Variable-speed searches You can change the playback speed and search for specific locations. 1 Press [PLAY] during playback. 1X is displayed. 2 Press [PAGE/AUDIO MON/VAR], and change the playback speed. X /X or X /X is displayed. • Each time the button is pressed, the playback speed changes by one setting in the following sequence: 1/5x, 1x, 2x, 4x, 12x and 24x.
