Scanning 22 Note • The use of a USB hub is not recommended. We cannot guarantee that the unit will work properly. • Do not connect two or more Panasonic electronic boards to a computer. Note •The item “Setting the number of copies” is displayed at the top of the set-up menu only when the printer is connected. Setting the Unit 28 By performing the Test Print feature, it is possible to clean the printer head from this unit when scanned images are not printed correctly (ex. certain areas appear blank). Once the printer head is cleaned, the following pattern will be printed. If the pattern is printed as shown below, the problem has been fixed. 29 Help Daily Care and Maintenance Always turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug when cleaning the unit. Gently wipe the screen film and unit with a water- dampened cloth that has been thoroughly wrung. Note •Use a neutral kitchen cleaner diluted with water for hard-to-clean stains.
