The unit tunes automatically after you plug it in and turn it on for the first time (➜page 17, Plug-in Auto Tuning), but you can start the process

The time and operation details appear on the screen for about 5

The radio
Press [TUNER] to put the remote control in TUNER mode.
Up to 15 stations can each be set in the FM and AM bands.
1Press [FM/AM] to select “FM”.
2Press [6] or [5] to tune to the 
lowest frequency (“FM 87.9” MHz or 
“FM 87.5” MHz).
3Press and hold [ENTER].
Release the button when “AUTO” is displayed.
The tuner presets all the stations it can receive into the 
channels in ascending order.
