When I connect my handheld 
to a power source using the 
power adapter cable, it does 
not charge.Try each of these in turn:
nConfirm that your handheld is firmly connected to the 
power adapter cable.
nConfirm that your power adapter cable is plugged into an 
AC outlet that has power.
nPress the power button, and then tap the Home icon  . 
Confirm that there is a lightening bolt on the battery icon at 
the top of the screen....

Problems with incompatible applications
Palm works with developers of third-party add-on applications to ensure the 
compatibility of these applications with your new Palm Tungsten T3 handheld. 
Some third-party applications, however, may not have been upgraded to be 
compatible with your new Palm handheld. 
Possible symptoms of incompatible applications include: 
nFatal errors needing resets
nFrozen handheld requiring a reset
nSlow performance
nAbnormal screen...
