8.7  Send a Snapshot
During a meeting, you may want to distribute copies of a diagram or pass around 
an illustration so that everyone can take a closer look at what you are discussing.  
You can do the same in a videoconference by sending a snapshot.  A snapshot is a 
picture like an electric photograph that you can send to the far-end.

8.8   Camera Functions
During a videoconference, you might want to adjust your MAIN CAM
 or CAM 2
 
to zoom in or out on a person or persons to display something else in the picture.
8.8.1  Local Control
To move your MAIN

8.8.3  Far-End Control
Adjust far-end camera:
During a videoconference, you may want to move a far-end camera if, for example, 
you cannot see the person who is speaking or if you want to zoom out to see 
everyone in the room.

The control switches to the remote control.

8.9  Using Camera 
Preset Once you have set your camera presets, you simply press one of the number 
buttons on the hand held remote.  The camera then, moves to the preset position 
and the people at the far-end see that view.

8.10  Pointer Display
Pointer is used to highlight an area on the video monitor.  The pointer can be 
displayed on documents, diagrams and motion video.  The pointer is controlled on 
a  first come, first served bases.  Control can only be surrendered when the pointer 
button is released.
8.10.1  Display the pointer

Note:
A pointer is displayed on the monitor at the local and remote location.

The pointer moves to the direction pressed on the button.
Note 1:
The pointer on the monitor at the remote location also moves.
Note 2:
A camera cannot be controlled during a pointer display.

·  Video quality is set to Resolution handling
