The Variable Forward No Answer (VFNA) application allows a configurable 
amount of time a call rings a phone before it gets forwarded to another extension.
Overview
The VFNA application detects incoming calls and sets a timer according to the 
value that corresponds to the extension receiving the call. The timer value is
