OG call using [S-3] SPEED CALLING-SYSTEM/[S-61] SPEED CALLING OVERRIDE-SYSTEM can
be placed from PS terminal since Series 7400 Release 9 software. 
For more details, see SPEED CALLING-SYSTEM [S-135] in Chapter 4.
Note 2:When a  PS is assigned as the target station of DIRECT IN TERMINATION (DIT).

Note 1:Upon receiving an incoming call, the Attendant Console transfers the call to a PS, then it ends up with the
PS connected to the outside.
If, in this situation, the PS user moves to a place Out of Zone, the caller from the outside line will hear BT.
