     WARNING:
Carefully read the contents descri\fed in this section \fefore connection and connect the ca\fles according to the proper
procedure. \bnappropriate handling ma\fiy cause fatal, ser\fiious or other \fodil\fiy injuries due to \fifire or electric shoc\fik.
     CAUTION:
    •
Before connecting the power ca\fles, check that the main power switch of the projector is turned off. \bmplement the con-
nection with AC po\fiwer shut off.
    • Be sure to ground the equipment to ensure safety. Use a power ca\fle that meets the standards and power supply voltage
of the country where you are using the projector (page 78), and always connect the equipment to the ground. \bf the ground
is not connected, \fiit may cause elect\firical shocks.
    • When connecting the power ca\fle plugs to the AC \bN and the electrical outlet, securely insert the plugs all the way in. \bf
the connection \fetween the power ca\fle plug and the electrical outlet is loose, the plug area may generate heat, causing
    \furns and accidents.
    • Switch the power ca\fle and power supply voltage of the projector to match the projector to the voltage of the electrical
outlet you are connecting to. \bf\fi selected incorrectly, it may cause dam\fiage or fires.
NO TE• \bnstall the electric outlet near\fy the projector main unit so that the power supply can \fe cut \fy unplugging the
