Page 62 8-5 Replacing the Head 1. Remove the left-hand and right-hand neck covers from the ride assembly. (see section 8-3 (1)) 2 . Remove the neck bracket. (see section 8-4 (2 & 3)) 3. Remove the neck cup screw then slide the neck cup backwards. 4. Remove the six Hex head screws (M6x20) flat and spring washers and remove head. 5. Replace the head in reverse order.

Page 64 4. Remove the six security screws (M5x12) and remove the ride base rear cover. 5. Remove the five security screws (M5x12) and remove the left-hand main cover.
Page 65 6. Disconnect the pot connector. 7. Remove the two pozi head screws (M5x10)and remove the pot bracket together with the link arms. 8. Loosen the hex socket head screw (M4x8) and remove the link arms from the pot bracket. 9. Remove the potentiometer from the pot bracket. 10. Replace the potentiometer with a new one. 11. Use the reverse procedure to reassemble. NOTE: When remounting the link arms onto the volume, make sure that the hex socket head screw (M4x8) engages on the flat of the pot shaft.
Page 66 8-7 Replacing the Fluorescent tube 1. Remove the ten security screws (M5x16) and remove the header acrylic. 2. Replace the fluorescent tube or starter. 3. Refit the header acrylic.
Page 67 8-8 Replacing the Leading Lamps 1. Remove the header acrylic. (see section 8-7 (1)) 2. Remove the lamp by unscrewing anti-clockwise. 3. Replace the lamp and refit the lamp cover and header acrylic.
Page 68 9. LUBRICATION It is imperative that the following routine lubrication procedure becarried out as specified. Failure to comply may lead to premature wear and/or failure of components, and as such void any warranty. 9-1 LM Guide Rail The LM Guide Rail needs to be lubricated at maximum 3 monthly intervals. Use ‘LM Grease’ (Brent Leisure Spares Part No. 95000019) or equi\ valent. 1 . Remove the left-hand main base cove r. (see section 8-6 (1-5) page 63) 2. Remove the five security screws (M5x12) and remove the right-hand main\ base cover. 3. Wipe off any old grease and dirt, with a lint free cloth, from the LM guide rail. 4. Using a grease gun, apply grease to the nipple of each LM Bearing (4 off), until the grease just starts to show between the bearing and guide rail. 4. Reassemble in reverse order.
