    1. When a single machine is to be used as a two player linked game, the link
cable supplied must be fitted to the link connectors on the rear of the
machine. Failure to fit the link cable will prevent the two game PCBs from
    communicating.
    2. To fit the link cable, remove the pozi head screw (M5x12) and remove the
    link cover.
    3. Fit the link cable, refit the link cover and secure with the pozi head screw
    (M5x12)

    4. When two machines are to be used as a four player game, both of the link\
cables supplied must be used to connect the two machines together.
5 . Refer to section 6-3-2 page 47 to set the PCB ID. Failure to set the

    Note:
    (i) PCB ID numbers are assigned so that they are not duplicated on the
linked seats. Be sure to set these correctly to avoid link absence or other
operation faults. PCB ID numbers (1 ~ 4) are linked to the numbers of the
    current players (1P ~ 4P).
(ii) Each seat is assigned a horse family name. Be careful not to duplicate
family names in linked seats. The machine will not operate correctly if the
settings are incorrect. The family names are numbered as follows:
    1 - Funky
    2 - Magic
    3- Cert
    4- Sky
(iii) The same degree of difficulty must be set for all of the linked seats. If
