GAdjustment or maintenance on this machine should be carried out by
qualified personnel only.
Ensure that the 
POWER to the machine is turned OFF before commencing
any maintenance work. (Trouble shooting, service or repairs etc.)

							Page 55 4. Remove the 2off hex head screws (M5x35) and remove the cover strip.
5. Remove 20ff hex head screws (M5x35), unlock and remove the back door.
6. Remove 2off hex head screws (M10x130), spring and square flat washers.
7. Lift the monitor approx. 10cm from the monitor base and then move it forwards
or backwards clear of the monitor base.
Note: When placing the monitor on the floor or replacing on to the monitor base,
take care not to trap hands or fingers.

							Page 57 8-2-3 Replacing the Steering Control Pot
1) Remove three security screws (M5x25) and four security screws (M5x16)
from the right hand bike vac-form, and remove the vac-form.
2) Slacken the grub screw (M4x5) to release the control pot shaft.
3) Replace the control pot, ensuring that the pot is replaced in the same
position and the wires are fitted to the correct terminals.
4) Re-tighten the grub screw (M4x5), ensuring that it engages the flat of the
control pot shaft.
5) Refit the bike vac-form, and the security screws (M5x25) (M5x16).

1. Remove 4off security screw (M5x16) and remove the top retaining bracket and
header acrylic.
2. Replace the fluorescent tube or starter.
3. Refit the header acrylic and top retaining bracket.
