CALL FORWARD Various caPforwarding features allow station users to have all calls forwarded to the attendant, another extension, or a voice mail port. This ensures that all calls will be promptly directed to the proper party so callers are not left waiting. There are five types of Call Forward: a) Busy Call Forward: Calls are forwarded on busy only. b) No Answer Call Forward: Calls are forwarded on no answer only. c) Always Call Forward: Calls are forwarded always, regard- less of station’s status....
