    This message indicates a jam in the top, middle, or bottom optional drawer paper path area.
    Note:If you have a high capacity feeder, pull the feeder away from the printer.
    1Open the jam access door on the top optional drawer.
    2Remove the jam.
    3Close the jam access door.
    4Repeat these steps for jams in the middle and bottom drawers.
    5Press  . If the paper jam message continues, check and clear all paper from the paper path.

    5Slide the high capacity feeder until the feeder locks to the docking frame.
    When the feeder is in the correct position, you hear a click.

    This message indicates a jam in the input area of the finisher. To clear area G:
    1Open the finisher top cover and remove any jams.
    2Close the top cover.
    3Press .
    Check Area H
    This message indicates a paper jam inside the finisher. You need to check both the upper access area and accumulator 
    area. To clear area H:
    1Push the latch in and hold it.
    2Roll the finisher away from the printer.
    3Release the latch.

    1Lift the finisher entry guide handle.
    2Lift the hole punch box, rotate the bottom outward and then remove it.

    7Lift the finisher entry guide handle.
    8Place the top of the box in the finisher, and then rotate the bottom of the box into the finisher.
    9Release the handle.
