When ordering transmission parts, it is very important that you know
the suffix letter of your gearbox, especially Ser. II & IIA models. The
suffix letter is stamped on the right side of the selector cover on the
top of the main case. There will be a serial number with a letter after
or below it. We just need the letter. (Land Rovers produced prior to
1960 will not have a suffix letter.  Suffix A applies when ordering parts
for gearboxes with no suffix letter.
