C5504-24 Adding insertions (Insert Sheet)
The document can be printed with other paper, such as colored paper, in-
serted for the specified pages. There are settings (“Copy” and “Blank”) for 
selecting whether or not the inserted pages are printed. When the settings 
are combined with single-sided printing or double-sided printing, the docu-
ment is printed as described below.

1In the Print screen, touch [Sheet/Cover/Chapter Insert].
2Touch [Insert Sheet].
3Touch [Yes], and then specify the locations where the paper is to be in-
serted.
– Touch a button, and then use the keypad to type in the page where 
the paper is to be inserted.
– To arrange the entered page numbers in order, touch [Sort].

C5504-29 Inserting chapter title pages (Chapters)
Settings can be specified for the function when printing double-sided pages. 
Pages, such as chapter title pages, that must be printed on the front side of 
the paper can be specified.

Detail 
Pages can be specified at a maximum of 30 locations within a document 
of up to 999 pages.

The printing date and time can be added to all pages of a document.
1In the Print screen, touch [Stamp/Composition].
