    The Stop Bits option buttons allow you to choose the stop bit setting (1 or 2). The default is
    one stop bit. Select the correct stop bit setting to place a dot in the option button.
    7
    The Data Bits option buttons allow you to choose the data bit setting (7 or 8). The default
    is eight data bits. Select the correct data bit settings to place a dot in the option button.
    Even
    The Parity Setting option buttons allow you to choose the parity setting for the COM port
    (even, odd, or mark). The default is no parity. Select the correct parity setting to place a
    dot in its option button.
    Xon/Xoff
    The Handshaking option buttons allow you to choose the type of handshaking (Xon/Xoff,
    hardware, or modem). The default is X-ON/X-OFF. Select the correct handshake setting
    to place a dot in its option button.
    Location
    The Location text box allows you to program a description for a modem location. (This is
    disabled if you did not choose the modem for handshaking.) Enter the modem location
    name, up to 20 characters in the text box.
    Number
    The Number text box allows you to program a modem dialing number. (This is disabled if
    you did not choose the modem for handshaking.) Enter the telephone number of the mo-
    dem, up to 32 digits.

    Using Raw Files
    The Inside Track software generates a raw file of call records after each database capture
    if the Maintain Raw Files box is checked (as described on page 63). The command buttons
    described on page 63 are used for determining the storage directory for the files and for
    deleting files.
    Selecting A Raw File Directory
    The window above appears when you select the Directory command button (shown in the
    window on page 59). The Raw Files Directory window determines the location where the
    Inside Track software places the raw files on the PC.
    Directories:
    c:\
    Scroll the highlight bar through the Directories list box to the desired directory.

    Drives:
    If the desired directory does not appear on the indicated drive, select the Drive drop-down
    list box and scroll to the desired drive. Then select the desired directory as described
    above.
    When you have selected the desired drive, select the OK command button to save the
    information. Or to exit without saving changes, select the Cancel command button.

    Deleting Raw Files
    This window appears when you select the Delete command button shown on page 59. The
    Delete Raw Files window allows you to delete selected raw files from the current location.
    To select the files to be deleted, use the following command buttons. To select multiple
    items in Include or Exclude list, highlight them using the shift key and/or the control key.
    Note that more than 100 items can be highlighted, but only 100 are moved to the other list
    box at a time.
    Highlight one or more desired file in the Exclude list box and select the
    Add command button to move it to the Include list box.
    To move all files to the Include list box, select the All command button.
    Highlight one or more desired file in the Include list box and select the
    Remove command button to move it to the Exclude list box.
    To remove all files from the Include list box, select the None command
    button.
    When the Include list is complete, select the OK command button to save the changes. Or
    to exit without saving changes, select the Cancel command button.
