    series, skip this step.
    Before removing the speaker assembly, remove the
    keyboard CRU insulator1.

    							PC Card guide (a) and audio connector retainer (b)
    are attached to the system board. When you replace the
    system board, reinstall those parts to the new system
    board FRU.

    When installing:Attach the system board so that the two
    small projections on the base cover fit
    into the holes provided, and then tighten
    the screws.

    							For X31 seriesWhen you order a new base cover, you also need to
    order the label kit. Check the FRU no. on both
    FRUs first and order them at same time. Stick the
    label kit on the new base cover as indicated in the
    following figure.

    LCD front bezel are firmly attached to
    the LCD cover. Then secure the bezel
    with the screws.
