When installing the LCD panel, do the following:
vPlace the FPC connector under the black antenna
cable.
vMake sure that the antenna cables are firmly routed to
fit to the cable guides of the LCD cover.
vMake sure that the antenna cables are not pinched
under the LCD panel.

Removing and replacing a FRU

To install the antenna assembly, do as follows:
1. Attach the antenna assembly to the hinge, aligning the
screw hole and the claws
awith the edge of the
hinge.
Note:Attach the gray cable(MAIN)to the left side and
the black cable(AUX)to the right side of the
LCD cover.

3. Make sure that the antenna assembly and hinges are
firmly attached; there are some projections (

on the LCD cover to fix the antenna assembly into
place. And then, route the gray cable as in this figure.

3010 ThinkPad Dock PCI cover
Before replacing the PCI cover:
There are two types of ThinkPad Dock, as follows:
vThinkPad Dock: FRU no. 08N1546 (PCI cover: FRU no.
05K6246)
vThinkPad Dock with extension plate: FRU no. 08N1537
(PCI cover: FRU no. 08N7317)
Confirm the FRU no. of the ThinkPad Dock first and
choose the proper PCI cover FRU for the ThinkPad Dock
you are servicing.

Do the same to remove the PCI cover of ThinkPad
