Clear jams from inside the product 1.Open the print-cartridge door, and then remove the print cartridge. CAUTION: To prevent damage, do not expose the print cartridge to light. Dropouts ●A single sheet of paper might be defective. Try reprinting the job. ● The media moisture content is uneven or the paper has moist spots on its surface. Try printing with new paper. ● The paper lot is bad. The manufacturing processes can cause some areas to reject toner. Loose toner ●The fuser temperature might be too low. In the printer driver, make sure the appropriate paper type is selected. ● Clean the inside of the product.
