Clearing stapler jams To reduce the risk of staple jams, make sure that you staple 20 or fewer pages of media (80 g/m2 or 20 lb) at a time. To clear a staple jam from the convenience stapler 1. Turn off the HP LaserJet 3392 all-in-one, and then open the stapler door. NOTEOpening the stapler door disables the stapler. 2.Remove the staple cassette from the all-in-one. 3.Clear any loose staples from the stapler and from the staple cassette.
