Ask your system installer if emergency messages are available on your system. • The Emergency screen cannot be accessed while running a screen diagnostic test or while in the clean screen mode. 33 Voice Messages Introduction to Recording and Retrieving Messages The 6272 Series devices provide the capability of recording voice messages for others on the premises. The number of messages is not limited; however, the total time of all messages added together cannot exceed 120 seconds. Note: The voice messages are stored in the memory of the 6272 and a ll messages will be lost if the 6272 loses power or if it is reset. Voice messages are recorded and retrieved using the “Message...
