42 ENGINE OIL CHANGE OIL FILLER NECK UPPER LIMIT Drain the used oil while the engine is warm. Warm oil drains quickly and completely. Place a suitable container next to the engine to catch the used oil. Turn the engine switch and vent lever to the OFF position to reduce the possibility of fuel leakage. Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick, and drain the oil into the container by tipping the engine toward the oil filler neck. Reinstall the oil filler cap/dipstick securely.
