Deleting an individual waypoint from a stored flight plan:
1) Press the FPL Key to display the Active Flight Plan Page.
2) Turn the small FMS Knob clockwise one click to display the Flight Plan Catalog Page.
3) Press the FMS Knob to activate the cursor and turn the FMS Knob to highlight the flight plan to be edited.
4) Select the EDIT Softkey; or press the MENU Key, select ‘Edit Flight Plan’ and press the ENT Key....

PARALLEL TRACK
The Parallel Track (PTK) feature allows creation of a parallel course offset of 1 to 50 nm left or right of the 
current flight plan.  When Parallel Track is activated, the course line drawn on the map pages shows the para\

ACTIVATING A FLIGHT PLAN LEG
The G1000 allows selection of a highlighted leg as the “active leg”\
 (the flight plan leg which is currently 
used for navigation guidance).

to show cumulative distance over the length of the flight plan or the \
distance for each leg of the flight plan;
